Abstract

In April 2017 the city of Denpasar inflation of 0.07 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 125.44. The calendar year inflation rate is 1.90 percent. Year-on-year inflation rate (YoY) of 4.46 percent.
Inflation was attributable to an increase in prices as indicated by the rising index of five expenditure groups, namely the transport, communication and financial services group by 0.59 percent; Housing groups; Water, electricity and gas by 0.26 percent; Education, recreation and sports group by 0.10 percent; Food, beverage, cigarette and tobacco group by 0.05 percent; And health group by 0,04 percent. While the group that experienced a decrease in index / deflation was the foodstuff category by 0.51 percent and the clothing group by 0.40 percent.
