AUGUST 2016, NTP BALI DOWN 0.01 PERCENT

Farmer (NTP) of Bali in August 2016 recorded a decrease of 0.01 percent, from 106.67 in July 2016, became 106.66. In terms of indices received by farmers (It), recorded an increase of 0.18 percent, from 129.43 in the previous month to 129.66. In terms of indices that paid farmers (Ib), recorded an increase by 0.19 percent, from 121.34 into 121.57. In August 2016, NTP Food Crops and Livestock Sub-sector recorded increased respectively by 0.66 percent and 1.24 percent. Meanwhile, NTP Subsector Horticulture, Crop Plantations and Fisheries recorded a decrease respectively by 0.82 percent, 1.53 percent and 0.94 percent. NTP National in August 2016 reached 101.56, an increase of 0.17 per cent against the previous month to reach 101.39. This increase is generally driven by index of prices received by farmers (It) which rose by 0.30 percent, while the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib) increase is lower, at 0.13 percent.
