𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘀𝗶 𝗱𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗶 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮 𝗞𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗸𝘀𝗶 𝗧𝗮𝗵𝘂𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

On Wednesday, April 9, 2025, an Evaluation Meeting and Briefing for Construction Cost Survey Officers (SHKK) for 2025 was held. This activity includes two main agendas, namely the Evaluation of the Implementation of SHKK for Quarter III of 2024 to Quarter I of 2025, and a Briefing for Officers who will conduct the survey in 2025.

SHKK is a quarterly survey conducted every July, October, January, and April. This survey aims to collect price data that is a component in calculating the Construction Cost Index (IKK), which is then used as one of the bases in calculating the General Allocation Fund (DAU). The prices collected in SHKK are the prices actually paid by consumers or the community. The instruments used are divided into three types of questionnaires, namely questionnaires on natural materials, manufactured materials, and equipment rental and construction service wages. The respondents who were counted consisted of producers, retailers, the Public Works Agency or other SKPDs, heavy equipment rental services, and contractors, with respondents in Bangli Regency focused on retailers and the PU Agency.

Through this activity, it is hoped that the implementation of SHKK 2025 can run more optimally and produce accurate data as a basis for development policies.
